Puebla is a small region in Eastern Mexico where we normally don’t see much coffee from. The cup is very sweet, think marshmallows, dried fruit, some light citrus. The body is syrupy and has a really nice long lasting finish. We would categorize this coffee as a “Morning Cup”, it’s straight forward and easy to love.
